Sautéed Carrots

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Chef Cecil’s Southern Heat

  • Brown Sugar (Optional)

Directions

  1. Cook carrots until tender

    1a. If carrots were frozen microwave for 6 minutes

  2. Then slice them to make them nice and round so they resemble the thickness of peppermint patty candies. I like mine nice and round, but not too thin. (If they were already sliced skip this step

  3. Place carrots in a frying pan with a pat of butter, sprinkle some Chef Cecil's Southern Heat over carrots, and a little brown sugar is optional.

  4. Now cook those carrots just a little bit longer so they can absorb some of this new flavor.

  5. Serve
