Italian Sausage and Steak

Ingredients

  • Mild Italian Sausage (In link form)

  • Sirloin Steak (or any tender steak is recommended Filet Mignon, Flat Iron, Strip Steak, Ribeye)

  • 1 can tomatoes

  • 1 cup burgundy wine

  • parsley

  • parmesan cheese

  • Chef Cecil’s Poultry Heat

Directions

  1. Season steak (recommended seasoning: Poultry Heat)

  2. Place steak in casserole & surround with sausage

  3. Pour tomatoes, wine, parsley over meat

  4. Bake at 400* for 1 hour or until tender

  5. Can be served over noodles
