• Share publicly-posted content with other users

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds are given for partial billing periods.

Chef Cecil provides recipe and nutritional information for informational purposes only. This information is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions or allergies.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEF CECIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
